Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Documents are prepared based on the information provided by the customer.
Communications
By contacting us, submitting a form, or providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and text message regarding your inquiry, account, appointments, services, and document preparation updates.
SMS Messaging Program
Program: Savy Document Solutions, LLC customer care and account notification messaging.
How you opt in: You provide your mobile number and affirmatively check the SMS consent box on our intake form, or you give us express permission by phone or in writing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message types: intake confirmations, requests for missing documents, appointment reminders, document and case status updates, and response deadline reminders relating to your account.
We send transactional and customer-care messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency: varies based on your account activity. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
